What Payment methods do you accept?

The only payment methods that we accept are credit/debit card, apple pay, google pay, and PayPal as there are no cash transactions on site.

Do you offer gift cards?

What is your sanitization process?

We clean, disinfect, and sanitize all of our equipment after every use. Sanitization and health is one of our main concerns on site.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

All guests participating must fill out a waiver. Guests under the age of 18 years old must have a parent/guardian physically present in the store to sign a minor waiver form.

What’s the cost per player?

Our Prices are typically $40-$45 per person every day that we are open. If you do become interested in “double booking” or booking back-to-back to extend your time, you can contact us, and we can discuss how to extend your game time longer during your session.

Can I book an appointment on days you are closed?

Yes, please either scroll back up to the top of this page and click “Book Now”, or “Contact Us” for availability.

How do I book a private event?

If you would like to book a private event such as a birthday party, team building event, work event, and so forth, please scroll back up to the top of this page, click “Book Now”, and scroll down to our private event form and fill it out. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

Can I book a private event even on the days/times you are closed?

Yes, please click “Book Now” at the top of this page and fill out the event form with your preferred date and time, and we will respond stating if we are able to accommodate.

Will I be paired with strangers during the VR experience?

All bookings with Another World Virtual Reality are private. No matter the amount of players within your party, you will be with your party and your party only during your session.

Cancellation or Reschedule Policy?

  • Any cancellations that are at least 24 hours before your session will be issued the full refund to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations that are less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.


Will I experience any motion sickness while in VR?

Wearing a VR headset is occasionally known to lead to discomfort and maybe some feeling of motion sickness or nausea while immersed. Now, while we can’t 100% guarantee that you won’t experience motion sickness during the experience, we can guarantee that we have designed our VR arenas to allow you to freely roam while in the experience. This will allow us to track your real time body movements while in the arena, which will allow your body to not feel trapped while in the experience, which will help limit motion sickness.

How do people avoid running into each other or the wall?

During the VR experience, you will be able to see each other in the game as you would in real life with your immersive tracking technology. Our tracking technology uses real time capturing which allows you to see the people in the arena with you moving, shooting, crouching, etc. while you’re also able to move. There will also be instructions given to you before your experience by our team, so as long as instructions are followed it will be safer for you and your party.

When should I arrive for my VR experience?

Please arrive for your session 10 minutes before it starts, so that you have plenty of time for preparation as well as instruction before your session. We want all of our guests to have every minute of their session for the experience, so arriving early will make your experience much more pleasant. There will be a prompt that tells you the same information after you book your session.

Are walk-ins accepted?

We are happy to accept any walk-ins during our store hours, although we cannot guarantee that there will be openings at the time that you walk-in. We will do our very best to help everyone enjoy the experience, but we do highly suggest that you book your session online, so that you don’t run into any issues while trying to enjoy your experience.

What type of clothing is recommended?

We recommend that everyone in your party dress fashionably for comfort. PLEASE make sure that you wear and/or bring a pair of socks with you, as there are no shoes allowed in the gaming arena. There will be a lot of movement while you are within the experience, and we just want everyone to feel comfortable during the entire session. If you do have a hair bun or some type of hair piece, we may kindly ask you to adjust/remove it so that it will not affect the use of our VR headsets.
